When will my order ship?

All Cavaro product are made to order. Please allow approximately 12 to 16 days for production and delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom-made for your specific vehicle, all custom-fit products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or do not match the confirmed vehicle details

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How do I confirm the right fit for my vehicle?

Each CAVARO piece is made according to your vehicle’s brand, model, year, and interior configuration. Please provide accurate car details when ordering. If anything needs clarification, our team will reach out before production to make sure your order is tailored correctly.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination. Additional customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with your order.

What if the product does not fit properly?

If the item does not fit properly, contact us with photos and your vehicle details. We will review the case. If the issue is verified and supported by evidence, we will help with a suitable solution.

How do I clean and care for the product?

Clean gently with a damp cloth or a suitable car interior cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and abrasive brushes. Regular light cleaning helps keep the premium finish looking fresh.
